Seven Spurs fans were released over the weekend after the clashes with Police in Seville on Thursday night.
The supporters were fined between £600 and £1,000 for injuring Police officers as violence started inside the stadium.
An investigation is on going with Police accused of being heavy handed against supporters, while Spurs fans were also shown throwing chairs.
