Aaron Lennon is feeling fresh and ready to work hard now that Tottenham are back for pre-season training.
The media may have linked him with moves away from White Hart Lane, but Lennon is pleased to back and getting into the swing of it. He told the official site: ‘It has been good to have a break but now I’m back and feeling fresh and it’s great to see the lads in training after a long time off,
‘It seems as though everyone has looked after themselves over the summer. We all knew that we’d be in for a hard pre-season, but everyone’s up for it and looking forward to the coming campaign.
‘We’re all excited about the new season and it’s also good to see new faces joining the club as well. It’s a really strong squad and everyone’s buzzing.’
