Spurs Among Premier League Trio Tracking £22.8m Rated Dutch Ace

We are monitoring PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn, according to De Telegraaf.

After a breakthrough season, where he has put in a number of standout performances, he has come to the attention of our scouts.

The Dutch newspaper reports that Arsenal and Liverpool are also watching the 20-year-old with a number of German clubs also keeping an eye on the player.

It is believed that PSV value the Netherlands Under 21 international at €26m (£22.8m), and are bracing themselves for summer bids.

Bergwijn had an excellent season in the Eredivisie, scoring eight goals and providing 11 assists in 32 appearances.

He was a regular in PSV’s side in the 2016/17 campaign as well, but he was nowhere as productive in front of goal.

He can play either on the right-hand flank or the left-hand side, but he is predominantly right-footed. Whether he is ready for the Premier League after such a short time, it remains to be seen.
