On the back of the disappointing defeat to Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur’s defensive display on the day, the visit of Southampton to Wembley on Wednesday evening is the perfect opportunity for a variety of reasons.
Our good form, in general, is crossed with their poor form again in the Premier League campaign of 2018/19 so it’s the ideal chance to get back to winning ways and prove that Arsenal was a blip and a bad day at the office on a whole variety of levels…with there also being a glowing clamour to see more of Spurs youngster Kyle Walker-Peters, the game does possibly stand out as an opportunity to give the 21-year-old his first top-flight appearance of the season.
KWP perfect opportunity, he played great in the games he played

KWP has long been highly rated at the club and he is tipped to be a big part of our future. To date, he does have six starts to his name, with four showings from the bench, so it’s not really a surprise to see those fans above calling for him to get another run-out.
I don’t think he will, but if we get the reaction to Arsenal most are expecting, he should certainly be on the bench for some kind of run-out in the final 45 in my opinion.
