Some Spurs Fans Will Disagree With One Players Rating From Liverpool Defeat

Hosting Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side at Wembley on Saturday, a lethargic showing from Tottenham Hotspur again raised questions for a number of fans as we lost out 2-1 on the day.

We could’ve stolen a late point had Son Heung-min have been awarded his penalty, but it wasn’t to be and in a lot of circumstances there can be few complaints with the final result, despite how galling it might feel as we notch up back You do not have permission to upload files to site: Vital Accrington Stanleyto back Premier League losses.

With goalkeeper Hugo Lloris out injured, the game saw another shot for Michel Vorm who it’s fair to say does split the fan base given we have Paulo Gazzaniga waiting in the wings for a chance.

It was far from a perfect showing by Vorm, but he did pull off a number of saves on the day to keep the scoreline respectable and Whoscored gave him a top rating of 7.82 for the day.

They’ve obviously rebalanced the scores a touch since the graphic was created for me, as he was originally given 7.85 but no point quibbling over 0.03.

Only Erik Lamela (goal) and Christian Eriksen (assist) rated above 7 and that probably shows how disappointing the day was really.
