Report Claims £30m Is The Price For Spurs Departure, But Italian Interest Hinges On Manchester City’s Actions

|

With plenty of speculation on the rumour mill about the future of Tottenham Hotspur right back Kieran Trippier, it was claimed over the weekend that any potential deal with Italian side Juventus would hinge on Manchester City’s plans.

Trippier had been heavily linked with fellow Serie A side Napoli over the last few weeks, with some suggestions that his wife had been over to Napoli on the hunt for schools but that speculation seemed to go quiet pretty quickly.

“Trippier Is Really Liked” But It’ll Depend On The Price Demanded

On Sunday, the Times pulled a fair bit of speculation together and stated that Juventus had a keen interest in him, but it depended on City completing their speculated move for Joao Cancelo.

They further state that Spurs would be willing to sanction a sale if £30million was met, and that does loosely tie in with most of the other numbers doing the rounds this summer.

It’s all a bit convoluted but it usually is at this early stage of the window but things normally fall into place and there’s no reason to think they won’t this year.
