Now This Is A Deal Spurs Could Easily Complete & For That Fee, It’s Got To Be Worth A Gamble

|

With the March international break in full flow, news about Tottenham Hotspur has more pivoted to potential transfer speculation ahead of the summer and right sided attacker Robert Skov has featured on the rumour mill for a while.

Earlier in March Sky Sports linked a number of clubs from the English Premier League and Serie A with having a possible interest in the 22-year-old’s services given his impressive goalscoring for for Copenhagen.

A more recent report from Corriere dello Sport seems to imply that Spurs will be in pole position for his capture, should manager Mauricio Pochettino insist that a deal gets done.

Whether Poch has an interest or not is open for debate, but given the Dane’s age and the fact that so far in 2018/19 he’s scored 26 goals in 40 appearances (24 goals coming in 23 league starts and three sub showings), he certainly ticks the boxes that you would think would attract our Argentine gaffer.

With speculation that hands could shake at a fee of around £5.2million, with added Europa League experience under his belt and the fact he’s on the fringes of Denmark’s senior squad, at that price it could be worth a gamble, surely.
