Despite the transfer window now being completely closed until January, Tottenham Hotspur continue to feature on the rumour mill and with the international break in full flow it’s obviously time for Fulham’s Steven Sessegnon’s name to reappear.
Having finally completed the long speculated capture of Ryan Sessegnon, his brother had featured as a potential second deal we were also looking to get over the line and the Sun recently suggested that we had failed in a £3million bid during the window, but the expectation was that we’d go back for the 19-year-old right back in the New Year.
With right backs featuring heavily on the rumour mill with additional links to Norwich City’s Max Aarons and Nice’s Youcef Atal, plenty of fans are still torn on who would make the better signing, so we can certainly expect the position to feature prominantly again as Serge Aurier’s future continues to be up in the air after the departure of Kieran Trippier.
