Former defender Graham Roberts has dismissed a report from Sky Sports that Mauricio Pochettino is a target for Chelsea.
Sky Sources are reporting that the Blues are “considering moving” for the Argentine if Antonio Conte departs the club.
However, Roberts, who also played for Chelsea in the late 80s following a six-year spell at White Hart Lane, questioned why Poch would move away from a club playing in the Champions League:
Not a chance as he loves the champions league music and Chelsea in Europa league so that’s them and arsenal out

‘Sky Sources’ are notoriously unreliable, and with the Sun the only other source reporting this story, I think we can rest easy for now about our manager’s future.
Of course, there is likely to be talks between him and the board about his future with a new contract and a transfer budget to discuss, but any talk of him leaving for a London rival shouldn’t be entertained at this time.
Pochettino has said on numerous occasions that he could spend the rest of managerial career with the club so let’s just wait and see.
