Tottenham’s 5-0 thrashing of Burnley on Saturday gave Spurs their fourth win in five matches in all competitions under new boss Jose Mourinho.
Spurs dominated the match and three goals in the first 32 minutes helped to secure the victory and they have now moved up to seventh in the league.
As we enter the busy Christmas period in the Premier League, Spurs have a number of challenging league fixtures coming up, which includes home matches against Chelsea and Liverpool.
Fans have been reacting to the club’s post about the upcoming fixtures and these fans have been cautious in their predictions.
I'd take 10 or 11

I’m hoping at least 9

If we get 15 then we most certainly would end up in top 4 by the end of this period.
More realistically I think 12/13

6 points, one win and 3 draws. A loss to wolves and Liverpool 🤔

Some fans have been more optimistic about their predictions and are targetting the big upcoming fixtures against Frank Lampard’s Chelsea and unbeaten Liverpool.
I have a feeling we’ll be the team to end Liverpool’s unbeaten run

14. Draws with Chelsea and Liverpool. This is what they CAN do. Will they? Only if they listen to the gaffer. Of course, if Sissoko keeps scoring, the sky’s the limit!

Optimism is flowing at Spurs currently and the fans seem fairly optimistic going into the Christmas period in good form under Mourinho. These fixtures will show whether the new manager bounce can be sustained by Spurs.
