Match Thread – Spurs To Turf Up The Moor As We Travel To Burnley

|

With a fantastic and slightly unexpected Tottenham Hotspur showing against Borussia Dortmund in the first leg Round of 16 Champions League tie back on February 13, Spurs probably got a break in the fixture list a 3-0 win over the Bundesliga side that wasn’t welcomed.

Either way though after the festive and New Year period, a bit of downtime won’t have done us any harm and it does tick us closer to the return of Harry Kane and Dele Alli as we look to continue our form as the season comes to a close.

Burnley are the next target at Turf Moor in Saturday’s early Premier League kickoff and Sean Dyche’s side have seen in a lift in their form as they have two wins and three draws from their last five matches as they look to pull themselves further away from the relegation spots.

Spurs should have this one in the bag though, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be another of those ‘win ugly’ affairs, but three points are three points and that’s how we’ll be looking to end the day on Saturday.
