It’s definitely been a bad week for Tottenham Hotspur fans as manager Mauricio Pochettino’s side have wobbled once more at the worst possible time, and this Saturday’s early Premier League kickoff gives us another London derby to contend with as we welcome Arsenal to Wembley Stadium.
With a hugely frustrating defeat to Burnley, the midweek clash against Chelsea saw us fail to even register a single shot on target and there’s now a nine point gap to top spot and few think that can now be overcome.
With our form slipping, Arsenal have found some of their own in recent matches and they trail us by four points only – sitting in fourth place – so it’s not just bragging rights up for grabs this weekend, another failure to take all three points will leave a number of fans seriously questioning whether we could now be caught by those below us and slip out of the top four.
