Tottenham supporters have got loads of time for a lot of the players they’ve been linked with. However, the latest rumour has claimed that the club are looking into the loan signing of Leicester City’s on-loan Algerian striker Islam Slimani.

That news has come from The Telegraph, and whilst the fans are far from delighted to see these links, it looks like one that could go ahead. Slimani is currently at Monaco on-loan and is thriving alongside Wissam Ben Yedder, but the rumours are that his loan could be cut short as he’s facing a Premier League return.
This is one that the fans have got absolutely no interest in seeing go ahead. However, if the Lilywhites were to take a quick look at how well the target man has got on alongside Ben Yedder, as the pair have managed a combined 21 goals (Transfermarkt), and if the Algerian can do the same thing but alongside Heung-Min Son, Spurs could find some form.

The supporters hate the idea of this transfer, and on the face of things, it isn’t hard to see why.
