Giovani Lo Celso was finally able to make his first start in a Spurs shirt in the 4-0 win over Red Star Belgrade last week, but fans are split over the Argentinian’s impact under Mauricio Pochettino thus far.
Lo Celso, who joined the club on loan from Real Betis in the summer, has been limited to just eight appearances for the club so far after suffering a hip injury on international duty earlier in the season. We have an option to sign the former PSG man on a permanent deal in the summer, but some fans are unconvinced by the 23-year-old’s start.
He, of course, scored in that first start in the Champions League but struggled against an effective Sheffield United side on Sunday, as we laboured to a 1-1 draw.
Has Giovani Lo Celso impressed you so far?

He’s done absolutely nothing. I hope he proves me wrong but I said the day we signed him he’s just Lamela 2.0

Be a great player once we get a settled team! Too much aggravation over aurier eriksen Toby and Jan, get rid of them and get in new faces, poch said it would be a painful rebuild

Spurs fans are clearly in disagreement over Lo Celso’s start but it is still early days for the 23-year-old and he may be able to make more of an impact after the international break.
