Grandma Gladys knows
My Grandma (it’s true I had a Grandma called Gladys) lived and walked this earth between 1896 and 1998 and during the time I knew her she would often tell me a tale or two.
As a youngster I always believed what she said but as I grew up I began to become suspicious with some of her tales. By that I mean, as she reached her later years her memory began to fade which meant some of her tales, which she told over and over, changed. Only to be expected I guess and nothing wrong with that.
Keep up
One of her traits was that she could read tea leaves and then tell you what she saw and what she expected to happen sometime in the future. You know, the ones (leaves) left as dregs at the bottom of the cup.
Sadly, I’m no tea leaf reader but I suspect she’s still drinking the stuff in Heaven or wherever she is these days. In fact Grandma Gladys often comes to me in my dreams and last night was no different.
