Tottenham fans have loved watching Troy Parrott in pre-season and have no interest in seeing the youngster leave anytime soon, even if he would only be leaving on-loan.

The Independent have brought this rumour to us, and they claim that Charlton Athletic, led by Lee Bowyer, want to bring Troy Parrott in for the year in the Championship.
The Irishman looks like he’ll have a very good chance of staying at the club and playing this season, with Mauricio Pochettino having failed to sign a back-up striker, so the chances are Charlton will have to look elsewhere.

The Lilywhites will be desperate to hold onto Parrott and won’t be at all happy should he leave for Charlton this summer.
