Tottenham Hotspur, otherwise known as the 2019 Audi Cup Champions, put in a good showing last night, with Paulo Gazzaniga saving Jerome Boateng’s penalty to ensure success for the Lilywhites.

However, it wasn’t all rosy for the Argentine goalkeeper and a lot of the fans were on his back for a poor piece of goalkeeping that saw their 2-0 lead cut in half just moments after Christian Eriksen had scored the 2nd.
In the shot-stopper’s defence, the players in front of him made it far too easy for Jann-Fiete Arp to get through on goal, but his poor effort at saving the young German’s low shot wasn’t good enough as it flew into the middle of the goal.

The Lilywhites will be keen to see better from Gazzaniga, although with Hugo Lloris back fit, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem whether their second ‘keeper is in form or not.
