On New Year’s Day ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s Premier League clash with Cardiff City, the club confirmed that highly rated young fullback Jaden Brown had completed a permanent move out to Huddersfield Town.
The 19-year-old Academy product had been developing well taking his place in our Development Squad for the last 18 months and he’s grown his experience by featuring in both the Premier League 2 campaigns, as well as our UEFA Youth League outings and technically made his professional debut having taken in four of the EFL Trophy clashes our youngsters were involved in against senior League One and Two sides.

He heads to the John Smith’s Stadium looking for greater game time now to bring him on further and his deal with them runs initially until the summer of 2021. He initially joins their Development Squad but once he settles in the expectation is he’ll more quickly progress into first team thoughts.
