The Argentine starred once again when the Lilywhites faced Inter on Sunday, finding space in the #10 role behind both Harry Kane and Lucas Moura, and it was surging run early on from Lamela that resulted in an assist as Lucas bagged the opener.
This season he fans will all be hoping that they may finally get to see their #11 put in some consistent performances throughout the campaign, and if he does then the winger will be a force to be reckoned with.
