Golden chance presents itself for Spurs to now seal deal for towering ace

|

According to Italian outlet TMW, both Inter Milan and Juventus have cooled their interest in defender Joachim Andersen and that could leave Spurs with a golden opportunity to get him.

The Italian giants were both apparently interested in the player that stands at a towering 1.9m but both are now seemingly not as interested as they were.

This, then, could be big news for Spurs who, according to the Daily Mail, are keen on getting him in as a potential replacement for Toby Alderweireld.

He could potentially cost a fair bit of cash to bring him in given he is only 22 and highly rated but with two teams pulling out it might give Spurs more leeway to strike a deal.

No bidding war might ensue and that leaves us with a strong hand when it comes to negotiation – something Daniel Levy has always been able to take advantage of in the past.
