The Spurs playmaker has been heavily linked with a move away from the English capital this summer, with the likes of BBC Sport reporting that the midfielder was in talks with Manchester United about a potential deal.
But now a new update has come from the Daily Mail, who claim that Tottenham are set to offer Eriksen a new bumper deal with the club that will see the midfielder earn £200,000-a-week.
Of course, Tottenham fans were excited about the prospect of the club handing Eriksen a new deal to secure his long-term future with the club, and fans took to social media to praise the reported move by Spurs.
