Tottenham fans can have some obvious gripes when it comes to the form of Christian Eriksen. The Danish midfield man has not been the same player this season that we’ve seen over the last five years, although the player himself has come out recently and been talking about his situation.

Whilst talking to Danish outlet BT, Eriksen has claimed that he doesn’t believe his recent contract issues are the reason for his lack of game time this season, and the fans have been quick to jump in and have their say on their midfield man’s recent quotes.
The creative midfield man has got a chance to get away from Tottenham for the week and play a couple of games with his international side. For Denmark, the 27-year-old will take to the pitch against Gibraltar and the Republic of Ireland, and hopefully, he’ll find some form and be able to bring it back to north London with him.
