The following was sent in to me as a poll suggestion, but as it is so long I thought I would put it up as an opinion piece for you all to debate in the article comments and/or forum.
Surrey Yid asked:
After seeing the obvious foul for Boltons opening goal against us, I would like to ask the question – did anyone else feel the injustice of watching match of the day and seeing all the incorrect decisions on fouls, yellow/red cars and penalties that had an impact on the result of the game for a lot of premier league teams?
If they had a 4th official in the ground watching on a monitor that realises the outcome of that decision has a marked impact on the game, so therefore it needs to be rectified, then all of this would be avoided. I would like to know others Spurs and thoughts?
Option 1: 4th Official for pivital moments – surely its about time!!!
Option 2: 4th official for more decisions
Option 3: No 4th official needed
Option 4: Unsure
