Tottenham fans will still be getting over their weekend defeat away at Leicester City, but what better way to try and remedy those feelings than to look at some promising transfer rumours.
[@Daily_Express] | Tottenham Hotspur have identified James Maddison as a potential transfer target to replace Christian Eriksen.

One of those transfer rumours details how the man who downed the Lilywhites on Saturday, James Maddison, is on the club’s list of potential players to replace Christian Eriksen as one of the club’s creative midfield options.
That story comes from The Express, and whilst a deal for Maddison would certainly not be a cheap one for the Lilywhites, it would be a deal that would see them move in the right direction with young attacking talent, as well as helping to boost the number of homegrown players in the squad.

We should have bought him directly from Norwich. Couldn’t understand why we didn’t pick him up then. Would love to see him at #Spurs

The Lilywhites seem delighted with the idea of signing Maddison, and January could be a very good window for the club.
