Spurs enter their final game of their three game tour, with so far more positives that negatives in my opinion.

Sure there has been plenty of rust and a juggling of personnel, and I`m sure there will be more of that tonight, but in a squad that is without ten senior players from last season, I feel we have plenty to feel good about or at least not to be to dismayed over.

Defensively we have been a bit of a mess, but Danny Rose has looked better so far, whilst we also have the new arrival of Ben Davies to add surety and competition. In the centre, Milos, Veljkovic, at 18, looks a very composed young player. is he someone that Mauricio Pochettino will look ti trust with some defensive duties this season. For me, he has looked better that Zeki Fryers in the role, however is that also due to the quality of their partners>

Anyone watching Erik Lamela in Toronto, must have got excited. The idea of him and Christian Eriksen gelling is mouthwatering, whilst I also feel that Soldado looked clever in creation and movement, whilst Lewis Holtby has been busy and imaginative. Surely Andros Townsend will feel better for his goal and another 45 mins, whilst the same will apply to Etienne Capoue, who I felt covered his defensive duties excellently on Thursday morning.

Tonight, I feel we will have pretty much the same method of swapping the team around. That seems sensible, when we are still without so many players. lets look at fitness and getting the playing patterns more ingrained, as opposed to looking at a best XI. I feel that Poch has the idea of team over individuals, therefore fitness and understanding the system is what really counts even over another win tonight…
