Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news that Steven Nzonzi has been offered to them, however, they have not been encouraging opinions of the AS Roma midfielder.

Corriere dello Sport (via Sport Witness) have claimed the experienced France international could still be a player that Spurs decide to go after as they continue to ‘reflect’ on the possibility of bringing him back to England.
Nzonzi already has the experience of playing in the Premier League with his time at Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City and could easily come into the team and do the type of job that Mauricio Pochettino’s side requires.
Admittedly, it would have to seem rather unlikely at this present moment in time that a move for the 30-year-old would be on the cards though as Tanguy Ndombele has officially been announced as a Tottenham player and the Roma man would surely go against the age policy the club currently has.
And, it would seem a number of the Spurs faithful are against the idea of bringing him to the New Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer as well.
Many of them took to Twitter upon learning the news and appear to be unanimous with their thoughts towards Nzonzi.
Plenty of them feel the club no longer need the type of player the France international is, whilst others simply felt he was past his peak and would rather they did not sign him at all.
