Tottenham maintained their unbeaten start to the Premier League season amid high drama as Harry Winks netted on 51 mins – Harry Kane struck twice at the death in a breath-taking and pulsating win over West Ham at White Hart Lane.

Michail Antonio’s first-half header and a Manuel Lanzini penalty had put West Ham 2-1 up and seemingly on course for only a fourth league win of the season, but Kane’s late show emphatically turned the contest on its head.

Harry Redknapp feels for Slaven Bilic on losing in the last minute (boo-hoo). Rio Ferdinand also talk about Harry Kane and Harry Winks.

Emotional West Ham fan!

An emotional West Ham fan cannot hide his disappointment after his side conceded two late goals.

Anyone feel for him? Thought not!

Our Vital Spurs Matchday Centre became, at times and as one would expect, quite passionate. Here are one or two posts.

Geofspurs
And apart from a win we pick up two points on Arsenal and City, and clear some space below us. We just need Chelsea to drop some points and we can leapfrog them in extra time in our next game. Can’t be bad.

Felt like the gods were against us today, but we defied them and won anyway. The type of win you need to get the ball rolling. Thought we deserved the 3 points overall, however the 1st half we looked very disjointed. It’s a shame Rose will be suspended for the Chelsea game with Davies still a doubt. Also a little annoyed with Reid’s sending off, as he was excellent today and West Ham will miss him when they play some of our rivals in the fixtures coming up. Positives were Winks and Kane. Thought Winks put some of the ‘senior’ players to shame with his bravery and desire to make things happen. And Kanes goals will help to turn some of these draws into victories. Anyway, thank you Spurs for not being my coupon buster this week and still undefeated COYS!!

The 2nd half was much better simply because we played with more speed and zip, we still left ourselves too open for my liking. Beating West Ham in our last home game is sweet, but the actual performance was sub-par.

Next up, Monaco on Tuesday.
