With repeat recent claims that Tottenham Hotspur continue to have a big interest in Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon, the story has again gained traction amongst the fanbase and whilst there are some natural concerns when it comes to the 18-year-old, there is a groundswell of fans who want this deal to go through at any price.
With the long standing claims of an interest from manager Mauricio Pochettino and the possibility it would be a double swoop on relegation for his brother, Steven, as well, Sessengnon’s Championship form has definitely put him on the radar at a lot of clubs, despite his top flight struggles this year.
With claims that he wants to stay in London, that does give us an obvious advantage if there’s truth to our interest and the bottom line is, his raw talent is something that most would think appeals to Pochettino as he’s exactly the type of player he should want to work with and improve.
It ultimately comes down to our interest and with talk of £50million fees, but only 12 months left on his deal, what kind of arrangement could we strike. There would obviously be some kind of middle ground, as his contract rubbishes any suggestion Fulham would hold out for a media invention fee anyway – that should go without saying.
I would break our transfer record for Sess. Before Zaha or Bale. Sess still has a good head on his shoulders and his whole career ahead of him. And he's from London. One summer with Poch and Rose and Sessegnon will be set for a major role in our starting 11.

This may have been instigated by his agent ????????????, he hasn’t had the best of times in the premier, but is still a very bright prospect. I would pay good money for him.

the price tag is what is shocking, if fulham get relegated then they have no foot to stand on. sessegnon would be a class signing under poch

Sounds steep for a player who hasn’t really kicked on in the Prem.

If he could be picked up for under 40 id be taking this guy he is only a baby but bags of potential full pace knows how to hit net and perfect for spurs as homegrown , i could see it definitely but not @50m

I think Poch would work wonders with him, within 12 months Ricky.

Would love to have him at my club, Poch could make him into a one of the best wingers in Europe. But i think spending 50 mil will really interfere with the fact that we need to buy a CDM, playmaker and maybe a CB considering Toby and Eriksen might leave us.

great signing but the price tag is way off, 20-25m is his transfer fee especially with a relegated team

Very good player in my opinion and I think Poch and crew can make him a proper all rounder ????????
