Spurs fans have been singing the praises of Giovani Lo Celso all week after his debut goal against Red Star Belgrade on Wednesday, with many desperate to see the loanee start against Sheffield United on Saturday.
Lo Celso, who joined on loan from Real Betis in the summer, made his first start in a Spurs shirt in our Champions League clash on Wednesday and marked the occasion with a well-taken goal in the first half.
With Eriksen currently frustrating fans, it is no surprise to see supporters wanting the Argentinian to start on a more regular basis. We have an option to buy Lo Celso, so it is a shock that he has barely featured in the early season under Mauricio Pochettino, although the midfielder has only just returned from a hip injury which he suffered on international duty earlier in the season.
Should Lo Celso start against Sheffield United?
Yes
No
Spurs fans have made their thoughts clear on Twitter, with many hoping to see the 23-year-old make an impact against Chris Wilder’s high-flyers on Saturday, as can be seen in the tweets below.

It seems as if most Spurs fans are in agreement that Lo Celso should start ahead of Eriksen on Saturday but after playing on Wednesday and only just returning from injury it may come slightly too soon for the 23-year-old.
