Back in the summer transfer window, Tottenham Hotspur took the opportunity to get some real football into talented young prospect Jack Roles and we sent him for a spell with League Two side Cambridge United until January.
Although the 20-year-old is yet to make his senior debut for Spurs, he has impressed in our youth ranks and his spell at the Abbey Stadium has gone incredibly well so far, with five goals scored in 13 starting appearances and eight substitute showings.
Earlier today the club confirmed that following discussions between the two clubs, we had now agreed to extend the attacking midfielders spell with them until the end of the 2019/20 campaign given his progress so far.
Jack Roles' loan at Cambridge United has been extended until the end of the season.
