“Baller” “Machine” – Spurs Star Takes The Praise As Records Tumble After Latest Exploits

|

Despite finding the back of the net ten times so far for Tottenham Hotspur during the campaign of 2019/20, it’s not unfair to say most fans don’t think star striker Harry Kane is yet at his best form – the team certainly aren’t.

His exploits for England continue though and during the November international break, the 26-year-old continued to prove his goalscoring threat with a hattrick against Montenegro, and a goal and an assist in the Kosovo clash.

Finding the net against Kosovo, Kane put himself into the history books as the first player to score in every one of the eight qualifying games – he also adds himself to another illustrious list. His last goal saw him match a best ever calendar return for England and he’s now tied with George Hilsdon and Dixie Dean on 12. It also means he’s the first player since Dean (1927) to reach that score, a whopping 90 years ago.

That certainly can’t be sniffed at, so confidence ahead of Saturday’s early kick off with Wet Ham United definitely shouldn’t be a problem.

Another hattrick anyone?
