It’s not often that Man Utd fans have something positive to say about Tottenham, but after England’s game with Spain, it’s fair to say that fans are being very complimentary indeed.
On a night in which Man Utd were on full display through the stunning performance of Marcus Rashford, who was undeniably one of the best men on the pitch, it’s another player that has got lots of Man Utd fans talking.
Harry Kane, though he didn’t score, put in a stellar performance for his country, linking up play magically and providing a fantastic outlet in the final third.
This display hasn’t gone unnoticed amongst fans, and Man Ud supporters, in particular, are busy discussing it. Indeed, they’ve drawn parallels between Kane and Lukaku, and it appears as though many of them wish the latter had a little more of the quality that Kane delivers in droves.
Of course, Lukaku’s hold-up play is arguably the weakest facet of his game, whilst Kane is simply brilliant at it, as he displayed on Monday.
Take a look at what Man Utd fans have had to say about Kane below…

Kane is twice better than Lukaku in building up play.

Never been a better example of why Kane is way ahead of Lukaku, than tonight’s performance. Forget goals, Kane’s hold up and link up play is on another level!

It’s fair to say that we’re pretty lucky to have a player like Harry.
