2 Shots, 2 Key Passes & 79 Touches Sees Spurs Star Lift MotM But There’s Little To Actually Shout About

With a significant dip in form ahead of the October international break and disappointing performances and results not going our way, plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans were hoping that Saturday’s Premier League return against Watford would see the players show a reaction and pick up a morale boosting win.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t really the case as they scored early doors and we struggled to create anything of any real note. A late Dele Alli goal did see us pick up a point at White Hart Lane though, and whilst that’s something, it wasn’t the reaction we wanted and even the more optimistic fans have to be questioning what has gone wrong and why.

Statistics website Whoscored only had two players with seven plus scores after that showing and it’s not a great surprise really.

Dele Alli took Man of the Match in their system with a score of 7.17 and Serge Aurier followed closely in second place with 7.11.

Completing the top five were second half substitute Son Heung-Min (6.67), Toby Alderweireld (6.66) and Lucas Moura (6.61).

This is long past a bad day at the office.
